Seller here... for starters I'd like to say, I first had my property listed with another agent from a separate company, it was on the market for over a year. A few lookie loos one outrageous offer from a lunatic that probably escaped from the crazy house, why that offer was presented in the first place was beyond me. I decided to cancel their services and jumped ship into Nicole's waiting arms. With her relisting, new pics, and areal view, a cleanup crew that also re staged the house, the property was in escrow within about 5 weeks. Her attention to detail is impeccable, she truly wants to move your property off of her books, so we all can move on. The term "go getter " she is the epitome of it. Go with her and you can't go wrong.

They require that I count at least 150 characters in my review. And I don't understand a pull down menu for my address when it would be so much mor simple to just enter it. Since we started working with Nicole, she has been a blessing, always positive always checking in every day, or every other day to make sure everything was going smooth up in Williams, because we were selling our house there with a contingency of the one in Kingman that she sold us she did 85% of my house and Williams.
